STETSCOM Teachers Recruitment Pre-Employment Aptitude Test/Examination Date, Time and Center For Kogi State Has Been Announced

The date, time, and location of the pre-employment aptitude test/examination for Kogi State Science, Technical Education & Teaching Service Commission (STETSCOM) teacher recruitment have been announced. All candidates shortlisted for 2022/2023 secondary school teaching jobs will, however, take the pre-employment aptitude test/examination, which has been announced on the state government’s official website.

These announcements are not for all applicants who submitted their application between Wednesday, 10th August 2022/2023, and Sunday, 21st August 2022/2023, but only for all successful candidates whose names were published on the PDF LIST OF SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES.

All who have been considered for teaching vacancies in any of the public secondary schools across the 21 local government areas in Kogi State are encouraged to pay attention to the recruitment schedules released by the STETSCOM management via the state’s official portal and report alongside all relevant documents and writing materials, as lateness will not be accepted.

All shortlisted candidates in any of the local government areas who receive a notification/message through SMS and email from Kogi State (STETSCOM) for a pre-employment aptitude test are to adhere to the examination or aptitude test time strictly to avoid being disqualified.

It is important to note that any of the shortlisted candidates who do not report to the exam center on the day of the 2022/2023 examination will be disqualified from any of the teaching positions they were shortlisted for.

We wish to inform all applicants who submitted their respective applications between Wednesday, 10th August 2022/2023, and Sunday, 21st August 2022/2023, but were considered or shortlisted for any of the teaching positions they applied for not to report to the exam center on the day of the examination or aptitude tests.

In order to participate in this exercise, only applicants who received an invitation/message from their respective email and SMS, or those whose names were shortlisted on the list of shortlisted candidates, are to report for this exercise.

Furthermore, the Kogi State government and the Kogi State Science, Technical Education & Teaching Service Commission (STETSCOM) encourage all applicants who do not make the shortlist in its teachers’ recruitment exercise for 2022 not to feel discouraged.

As their efforts towards becoming secondary school teachers have not failed, they are also encouraged not to feel rejected, as another teacher recruitment exercise may be announced, if additional teachers are needed.

The dates and centers for the Kogi State Science, Technical Education & Teaching Service Commission (STETSCOM) recruitment aptitude tests or examinations will be communicated to all shortlisted candidates via SMS and email or better still, through the state government’s official portal: https://recruitment.kogistate.gov.ng/ or http://stetscom.kogistate.gov.ng/.

Those who have been considered for any of the advertised positions need to understand that being shortlisted for a pre-employment aptitude test/examination does not mean that the Kogi State government or STETSCOM has recruited them.

To be among the candidates on the final list, all candidates who are successfully shortlisted for any of the teaching jobs for 2022 must pass the screening, interview, and pre-employment aptitude test.

All successful candidates, however, are advised to stay focused during any of the recruitment exercises for secondary school teachers that may be conducted by the Kogi State Science, Technical Education & Teaching Service Commission and to report early before the announced time in order to avoid any delays.

Has STETSCOM – Kogi State Released Its Pre-Employment Aptitude Test/Exam Date for 2025/2026?

No. There has been no announcement of dates for the pre-employment aptitude test or examination for the year 2025/2026 issued by the Kogi State Science, Technical Education & Teaching Service Commission (STETSCOM).

However, the public is to be aware that Kogi State’s STETSCOM will notify the general public through the state’s official portal as soon as its recruitment pre-employment aptitude test or examination schedules are released for 2025.
