Civil Service, Kebbi State Shortlisted Candidates: CSC, Kebbi State, is calling all applicants who applied for teaching positions or any of the civil service departments, ministries, and agencies’ open positions to check the status of their applications. The management of the Kebbi State Civil Service Commission (CSC) has announced the shortlist of successful candidates who meet its application criteria.

Applicants who submitted their applications through Kebbi State’s official portal are to note that the recruitment PDF list is now available.

All successful candidates who have checked the recently released shortlist and found their names on the list should note that the dates, time and center for screening of their respective credentials are out.

However, all shortlisted candidates are to note that their original documents will be required during the 2023/2024 screening exercise.

Also, there will be an interview and an assessment examination for all successful candidates who applied for the government school teaching post, including those who applied for any of the grade level 01 to grade level 17 Kebbi State Civil Service Commission (CSC) jobs.

ADVANCED INFORMATION: All candidates should note that the scheduled dates, times and centers for the Kebbi State Civil Service Commission (CSC) screening assessments, interviews and examination must be complied with and any of the shortlisted candidates who were not seen on the day of the 2023/2024 public service recruitment process will be disqualified.

Update For Successful Candidates Who Were Shortlisted By The Kebbi State Civil Service Commission (CSC).

All applicants are to note that being shortlisted by the Kebbi State Civil Service for any of the open advertised positions does not mean that they have been selected for the job.

They need to note that even if they are shortlisted, they can also be disqualified if they do not pass their respective screening exercise, selection examination or interview.

All candidates shortlisted are advised to prepare for the next recruitment process and note that they must pass all recruitment processes to qualify for the final shortlist.

KEBBI STATE CSC SCREENING REQUIREMENTS

All shortlisted candidates are to come along with all the following documents listed below.

The documents which will be submitted to the Kebbi State Civil Service Commission (CSC) recruitment committee must be original-certified documents obtained from an accredited institution.

Candidates are also reminded to make a photocopy of all their documents before reporting to the 2023/2024 screening exercise.

SCREENING REQUIREMENTS

  • Their online print-out

  • All academic certificates

  • Identification card (voter’s card, driving license, etc.)

  • Certificate of state of origin/identification

  • Certificate of birth/declaration of age

  • Passport photographs

  • Other supporting documents.

Any of the shortlisted candidates who do not have the documents listed above will not be screened by the Kebbi State Civil Service Commission (CSC) recruitment committee on the day of the screening exercise.

The time for all recruitment processes must be complied with by all shortlisted candidates, as late arrivals will not be accepted.

The PDF list of shortlisted candidates can be checked only by visiting the Kebbi State Civil Service Commission (CSC) official portal:  katsinastate.gov.ng/career.

If you are shortlisted for any of the Kebbi State Civil Service advertised jobs, your name will appear in any of the job fields you applied for.

Successful candidates are encouraged to note all announcements, including dates, times, and when they are to report for further recruitment processes, that have been released by the State’s Civil Service Commission through the state’s official website.

Has The CSC, Kebbi State, Announced Its List Of Shortlisted Candidates for 2025/2026?

No. Kebbi State Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the state government have not yet initiated/commenced/announced the recruitment process for public service positions for the year 2025/2026.

However, the general public should note that the PDF list of shortlisted candidates for 2025 is not available, due to the Kebbi State government not currently recruiting.
