Adamawa (CSC) Announces Its 2025/2026 Civil Service Shortlist For Successful Candidates In Various Job Positions

As directed by His Excellency, the Governor of Adamawa, Ahmadu Fintiri, the Adamawa State Civil Service Commission (CSC) has announced the release of its PDF of successfully shortlisted candidates for various job positions for 2025/2026. All candidates or applicants who have applied for any of the public positions advertised by the State Civil Service Commission are advised to visit the state’s recruitment portal and check if they have been considered for the positions for which they applied.

However, all successful candidates whose names were listed for further hiring consideration will be invited for a screening, interview, and assessment examination, after which the final list will be published.

So, all candidates who have been considered are to note that being shortlisted does not imply that they will be recruited by the Adamawa State Civil Service Commission (CSC) if they do not pass their respective screening, interview, and assessment examination, as the 2025/2026 public service recruitment will be based on merit and professionalism.

Adamawa Civil Service List Of Shortlisted Candidates

Although the list of Adamawa State Civil Service shortlisted candidates has been announced and published on the state’s official portal, it is also important for the public to note that not all applicants who applied for the 2025/2026 Adamawa State Civil Service Commission (CSC) were shortlisted.

However, the reason why all applicants were not shortlisted is that the government of Adamawa State required a number of applicants for its public positions, even though some applicants failed to fill out their applications as outlined on the recruitment form.

Due to this, a number of them were disqualified for filling out inaccurate information. In contrast, others were disqualified for uploading O Level results that did not meet up to five (5) credit passes.

With this information released, all applicants in all the 21 local government areas (LGAs) who applied for the 2025 state’s public service positions are advised to check their names as thousands of names have been released for further considerations as the date on when the Adamawa State Civil Service Commission (CSC) will conduct its screening, interview and assessment examination has as well been released on the state’s official portal.

All applicants can check whether they were considered for those positions by visiting the state’s recruitment portal.

Please note that those who do not see their names on the PDF list of shortlisted candidates should be aware that they are no longer considered for the ongoing Adamawa State Civil Service recruitment exercise.

This means they do not meet the application requirements and qualifications listed for the job positions for which they applied.

  • Visit the Adamawa State Civil Service recruitment portal: https://csc.ad.gov.ng.

  • Click on the Shortlisted.

  • Your email and password may be required (optional).

  • Follow the homepage instructions to check the list.

  • If shortlisted, click Print.
