This information is for only candidates in all 16 local government areas (LGAs) who applied for and got shortlisted across Ministries, Departments and Agencies for any of the jobs advertised by the Civil Service Commission for the hiring of additional public servants or candidates.
Those who applied but were NOT shortlisted should note that this information is not for them. Successful shortlisted candidates are advised to strictly report to the mentioned examination day on the dates released by the commission.
LATEST UPDATES ON THE CSC PROMOTION EXAMINATION FOR KWARA STATE CIVIL SERVANTS
This is to notify all Kwara State civil servants about the latest announcement as we wish to notify them that the Kwara State Civil Service Commission (CSC) will be conducting a promotion examination starting from Tuesday, November 8th 2022/2023 to Friday 11th, November 2022/2023.
All concerned state civil servants should note that about two thousand sixty-nine (2,069) of them will sit for the Kwara State Civil Service promotion examination across Ministries, Departments & Agencies (MDA’s) and all public servants are advised to take note of the special announcement.
Furthermore, the general public should note that the Kwara State Civil Service Commission (CSC) promotion qualifying examination has been scheduled according to the following grade levels:

Kwara State Civil Service Job Examination or CBT Test Recruitment Test Update
All candidates whose names were shortlisted across Ministries, Departments & Agencies should note that there will not be another date for them to sit for the recruitment examination if they fail to report on the dates released by the Kwara State Civil Service through its official portal.
All are advised to come along with writing material such as Pens, Pencils, Erasers, and any other stationery, An online shortlisted print-out, All academic certificates, Identification cards (voter’s card, driving license and others), A certificate of state of origin, Passport photographs, A certificate of birth or age declaration and Other documents supporting documents (if any).
Also, all shortlisted candidates are to be at their examination scheduled center at 08:00 AM with all the original documents listed above. They should also note that photocopies of each of these documents are highly required.
