CSC, Kwara State Screening and Oral Interview Date, Center, Time, Screening Requirements and Other Recruitment Updates
The screening and oral interview date, recruitment center and time for assessing and hiring candidates for certain positions in the Kwara State Civil Service Commission (CSC) job roles have commenced. All candidates who have been shortlisted for the advertised jobs in all 16 local government areas are required to present all of their original credentials on the dates announced on the state’s recruitment portal.
This information is specifically for all candidates who applied for the Kwara State Civil Service jobs during the yet-concluded online application and who got shortlisted for any of the open positions.
All candidates are advised to adhere to the scheduled screening dates and times. Any candidates who fail to show up for the CSC screening and interview will not be able to participate again.
It is important to note that seeing your name on the PDF list of shortlisted candidates does not mean you have been selected to occupy any of the positions advertised by the Kwara State Civil Service Commission (CSC).
To qualify for the final recruitment list, candidates must pass their screening assessment or physical verification, interview and examination.
CSC, Kwara State Screening Recruitment Updates
The CSC, Kwara State screening and oral interview dates, centers, and times will be published by the management of the Kwara State Civil Service Commission (CSC) through the official portal: kwaracscjobportal.com.
The public and Nigerians will be able to check the Kwara State civil service recruitment screening and oral interview dates, centers, and times only when the commission has commenced its recruitment exercise for the year.
Apart from that, applicants will not be able to check any public service recruitment schedules through any of the official recruitment portals of Kwara State.
Screening Requirements
All documents uploaded when the online application was still in process will be submitted to the management of the Kwara State Civil Service Commission (CSC) on the day of the screening or physical verification assessment.
On that day, all successfully shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit the following original documents, such as:

All academic certificates (BS.c., HND, OND or NCE), (WASSCE, NECO or GCE), including their respective NYSC discharge certificate or exemption letter.

Clean passport photographs

A certificate of birth or declaration of age, a certificate of state of origin or identification and a government-issued medical report for work.

Other supporting or professional documents will also be required from candidates.
All candidates are advised to make photocopies of all their original documents when reporting to the screening center.
Applicants Not Shortlisted By The Kwara State CSC
Applicants who have applied through kwaracscjobportal.com but were not shortlisted should note that they are not qualified to participate in the Kwara State Civil Service screening or oral interview exercise.
The reason for their disqualification was either because their applications were not filled out correctly, or some applicants uploaded O’Level results that did not meet the required five (5) credit passes.
However, all applicants are advised not to feel bad as the Kwara State Civil Service Commission (CSC) may announce another recruitment exercise in the future if there are open positions in the state public service.
Has The Kwara State Civil Service Released Its Recruitment Screening Dates for 2025?
No. The Kwara State Civil Service Commission (CSC) has yet to release the screening dates, times, and centers for 2025; therefore, the public is informed that recruitment for 2025/2026 has not yet begun and the screening dates, times, and centers for 2025 have not yet been announced.
Interested applicants should note that the dates, time, and center for the screening of all shortlisted candidates will be announced on the Kwara State official portal once recruitment begins.
