KwSUBEB Shortlist Candidates For Screening and Oral Interview, See Recruitment List For Basic Education Schools
Applicants who applied at the time of the yet-concluded online application for the KwSUBEB teaching or non-teaching jobs in public education schools have been shortlisted.
To find out if you meet the teaching or non-teaching recruitment requirements, applicants who applied for the community-based recruitment exercise at their respective Local Government Areas on Thursday, September 5th, 2024 should check their names at their local government agencies or check the official portal of the Kwara State SUBEB to see if they are eligible for teaching and non-teaching positions.
The Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board congratulates all applicants or candidates who reported to their various Local Government Areas during the submission of teaching or non-teaching job applications, including those who submitted theirs via the state official portal.
All candidates whose names were shortlisted in the respective Local Government Areas including those whose names were listed on the PDF list of shortlisted candidates on the https://subeb.kw.gov.ng portal will be invited for screening, interview and assessment examination.
THOSE NOT SHORTLISTED BY KWSUBEB
Applicants who have complained that the Kwara State SUBEB did not shortlist them should note that certain reasons may have prevented them from being shortlisted.
It was reported that some applicants were disqualified for NOT submitting the stated requirements, while others were disqualified for not submitting the right documents during the concluded Kwara State SUBEB application process.
It is important to note that all individuals who did not make the teaching or non-teaching shortlist for basic education school recruitment should note that there might be another recruitment for public school teachers if additional teachers are needed in the future.

Candidates can check the dates and times when they should report to the KwSUBEB screening, interview and examination centers.
All shortlisted candidates are cordially advised to strictly adhere to the dates and times for their screening of credentials, interview and examination.
KWSUBEB SCREENING REQUIREMENTS
For shortlisted candidates, the Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (KwSUBEB) will conduct a screening exercise that involves checking their credentials, conducting a personal assessment of the job areas in order to determine whether they are qualified for the teaching or non-teaching position and then conducting a one-to-one interview to determine whether they possess the right experience and skills for the advertised jobs.
During this process, candidates are advised to come along with all originals and photocopies of all their documents, such as:

All academic certificates (B. Ed, B.Sc. Ed, NCE, or B.A. Ed.) and O’Level results (WASSCE, NECO or GCE).

Two (2) recent passport photographs (red background).

Proof of registration with TRCN.

A certificate of birth or if you don’t have a certificate of birth, you will have to provide a declaration of age.

A certificate of state of origin and other supporting documents (if any).
It is important to note that the following documents above will be presented on the day of the screening and all candidates will be reporting from their respective Local Government Areas. They are advised to take note of this information.

No, the recruitment of teaching or non-teaching jobs for the year 2025/2026 has not yet been announced by the Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (KwSUBEB).
The people of Kwara State should note that the 2025/2026 PDF list of shortlisted candidates will be made open as soon as it is released to the public.
