Kwara State SUBEB Teaching & Non-Teaching Recruitment  — The board and management of Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board have announced recruitment for teaching or non-teaching positions. KwSUBEB’s official portal provides information on advertised teaching or non-teaching positions for applicants who are interested in applying in any of the 16 local government areas in the state.

Applicants can choose the advertised subject areas or non-teaching positions that correspond to their teaching skills and profession by checking the KwSUBEB website.

However, the public should note that these basic or public education schools’ recruitments are for degree holders with Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) and Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE) holders.

It is important to note that there are also job opportunities for security guards and others that have been released for all applicants who will be applying for non-teaching positions.

All applications for each Kwara State SUBEB teaching subject area are to be submitted through SUBEB’s official portal: https://subeb.kw.gov.ng.

At the same time, applicants in all 16 local government areas who are also interested in the Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (KwSUBEB) community-based teaching or non-teaching recruitment exercise are advised to report to their Local Government areas on Thursday, September 5th, 2024, Time: 09 AM.

The public should note that the management of Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (KwSUBEB) has disclosed its intention to recruit additional teachers and all interested are to comply with the scheduled date above.

KwSUBEB Recruitment Update

All applicants who will be going to their respective local government area to apply for teaching or non-teaching jobs should note that we have provided them with the recruitment requirements, relevant qualifications, how to obtain the KwSUBEB application form for applicants applying through SUBEB’s application portal, as well as other guidelines.

All applicants who will be applying on the application portal must apply with a scanned copy of each of their original documents and upload them to the box as shown on the application form.

Those who will be reporting to their local government area on Thursday, September 5th, 2024 are to come alongside with all their original documents.

KwSUBEB Application Form

Applicants are to note that the KwSUBEB application form is free of charge and must be filled out correctly online in their respective applications.

It is also important to note that applicants who will report to their local government area MUST complete certain steps as all applicants are required to bring along a filled-out bio-data containing their Name, Other Names, Date of Birth, Local Government Area of Origin, Residential Address, Telephone Number, Teaching Subject areas, and Signature.

Applicants should note that they will need to complete their bio-data boldly, in 16 fonts, on a piece of paper.

Kwara State SUBEB Teaching & Non-Teaching Recruitment Eligibility

All applicants who are fully interested in the KwSUBEB teaching or non-teaching positions MUST have all the qualifications listed by the board before they can be eligible to apply.

  • Interested applicants must apply with the original certificate of their academic qualification, such as a Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) or Nigerian Certificate in Education (NCE).

  • Applicants must also have an O Level result either in WASSCE, NECO or GCE.

  • Interested applicants must have a certificate of state of origin, a certificate of birth or age declaration and a red background passport photograph (2 copies).

  • Applicants must provide proof of registration with TRCN (Teachers Registration Council Of Nigeria).

KwSUBEB Recruitment: How To Apply?

All applications for each KwSUBEB teaching subject area are to be submitted through SUBEB’s official portal: https://subeb.kw.gov.ng.

All applications MUST be submitted on or before the official deadline. There will be public announcements as soon as names are released for screening, interview and examination.

At the same time, applicants in all 16 local government areas who are also interested in the Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (KwSUBEB) community-based teaching or non-teaching recruitment exercise are advised to report to their Local Government areas on Thursday, September 5th, 2024, Time: 09 AM.

Is KwSUBEB Recruiting for 2025?

No, the KwSUBEB has not yet announced the 2025/2026 recruitment for public education schools in Kwara State, whether through the recruitment portal or via its social media platforms.

All applicants in all sixteen (16) local government areas in the state who have been aspiring to apply for teaching or non-teaching positions in the state should note that the application is not currently ongoing either on the KwSUBEB official portal or in their respective local government areas.

However, the public will be notified by the Kwara State Universal Basic Education Board (KwSUBEB) as soon as recruitment for 2025/2026 public education schools is announced.
