This information was released after the governor of Katsina State announced his plans to recruit additional public servants who will fill all the civil service positions left vacant by state workers who went on retirement.

So, whether you are a fresh graduate, O’Level or an OND holder, it is important to note that His Excellency, the Governor of Katsina State Dikko Radda, has also announced the fast recruitment of additional primary and secondary school teachers across the 34 local government areas in the state.

The 2023 and 2024 application forms and portal will be open to the public for the number of days scheduled for online applications.

All applicants interested in any of the Katsina State Civil Service Commission (CSC) jobs must complete the application form correctly and submit it before the application deadline.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: In addition, applicants who fail to complete their application forms correctly may be disqualified during shortlisting and will not be invited to participate in the screening of credentials, the interview, the recruitment examination, or the aptitude test if they are not successful.

Katsina State Civil Service Application Form Eligibility

All applicants interested in applying for any of the primary and secondary school teaching subject areas, including those who are also interested in applying for any of the grade level 01 to 17 state ministries jobs advertised by the management of the Katsina State Civil Service Commission (CSC) for 2023 and 2024 must meet the application requirements listed below.

• Interested applicants must either be a BS.c. degree holder, OND or O’Level result holder. It is important to note that these certificates must be obtained from any of the accredited institutions.

• Applicants who are O’Level result holders must have nothing less than five (5) credit passes, which must not be more than two sittings.

• All candidates who possess a BS.c. degree must also upload their O’Level result when uploading the scanned copies of their certificates.

• Applicants must have a recent passport photograph, a certificate of birth or declaration of age, a certificate of state of origin, and a certified medical report for work.

• Applicants who have other professional qualifications or supporting documents can also upload them in the space provided.

It is crucial to note that any of the applicants who do not have the requirements listed above are NOT eligible for the 2023 and 2024 Katsina State Civil Service recruitment-advertised jobs.
