The Katsina State Civil Service (CSC) Announces It’s Screening & Interview Dates, Time & Center For the Immediate Recruitment of Public Workers

In an effort to increase the number of public servants in the Civil Service Commission (CSC) departments, ministries, and agencies, the Katsina state government has notified all candidates whose names were listed on the recently released list of shortlisted candidates that the screening dates, time, and center on when they are to report for screening of their respective documents have been announced.

All candidates who have already been selected during the 2023 and 2024 shortlisting process either in primary or secondary school teaching positions or those whose names are listed on either departments, ministries, or agencies job roles should visit the official website of the Katsina State government and navigate to the recruitment section to find out the dates and time and when and where the screening and interview will be held by the Katsina State Civil Service Commission (CSC).

However, all candidates who reside in any of the 34 local government areas in Katsina State are to strictly adhere to all recruitment information and announcements released on the state government’s recruitment portal.

• All academic certificates such as BS.c., HND, NCE OND and O’Level results (WASSCE, NECO or GCE).

• The O’Level result (WASSCE, NECO or GCE) must meet these requirements: (1) It should not be less than 5 credit passes, and (2) your O’Level result should not be more than two (2) sittings.

• All applicants must come with at least two (2) passport photographs, a certificate of state of origin, a certificate of birth or declaration of age, and a certified medical report for work obtained from a government hospital.

• If you have other professional qualifications or supporting documents, you can come along with them.

Candidates who will be reporting for the 2023/2024 screening exercise, whether you have been shortlisted either in a teaching position or in any civil service department, ministry, or agency-advertised job, must bring all the originals of all their documents, along with all the photocopies of all the documents listed above.
