You can check on the state’s official portal for the teacher’s examination or computer-based test date, time and center as the management of the Kebbi State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) have announced the release of its further recruitment schedules for all successful candidates who were shortlisted for various teaching positions.
All candidates who have checked the PDF list of shortlisted candidates and found their names on the teachers’ released list should note that the examination schedules for the year 2023/2024 are out.
Concerned candidates are advised to check the official recruitment portal and take note of all information and announcements.
It is important to note that the selection process for primary and secondary school teachers throughout all the 21 local government areas is still ongoing and only qualified candidates who pass the Kebbi State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) examination or CBT recruitment test will be among the 2000 teachers who will be posted across the state’s public schools.
All candidates are encouraged to report to the Kebbi State TESCOM recruitment center on time along with all relevant documents, as they should be aware that late arrival will not be accepted or considered by the recruitment committee.

All candidates are to come with their pens, pencils, erasers, and any other stationery, including all academic certificates, a shortlisted print-out, a certificate of birth or age declaration, a certificate of state of origin, passport photographs, supporting documents, medical fitness report and other teaching qualifications (if any).
However, all concerned candidates must bear in mind that the document above will be required before the commencement of the 2023/2024 examination exercise and will also be required, most especially, on the screening day.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Candidates who have been shortlisted by the Kebbi State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) are advised to photocopy each copy of all their documents before reporting to the scheduled recruitment center.
They should note that photocopies of their original documents will be submitted to the Kebbi State Teachers recruitment committee when it is required from them for their respective documentation.
Teachers Or Applicants Who Were Not Shortlisted By The Kebbi State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM)
All teachers or applicants who were not shortlisted in any of the teaching areas advertised by the Kebbi State Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM) are not qualified or eligible to report for the 2023/2024 examination or computer-based recruitment test or any of the teachers’ selection processes.
Nevertheless, they should be aware that, if they are not shortlisted, they will be barred from further recruitment attempts.
They need to note that during the Kebbi State teacher’s shortlisting process for the year 2023, some applicants were disqualified for not filling out their application correctly and others were disqualified for uploading WASSCE, NECO or GCE results that did not meet the five (5) credits passing required.
